Delete your account and data

AILingo (Android app, package com.ailingo.app), developed by Utility Forge Studio.

This page explains how to request deletion of the account data AILingo stores about you, as described in our privacy policy.

Who this applies to

AILingo only stores account data on our servers if you signed in with Google inside the app. If you never signed in, we hold no account data about you — simply uninstalling the app removes your locally stored progress, and there is nothing further to delete.

How to request deletion

In AILingo 1.29 or later, open Settings → Delete account, review the confirmation, check “I understand this can’t be undone”, and tap Delete my account. AILingo immediately deletes the Google-linked account and its server-side data, signs you out, and removes progress and account data stored by AILingo on that device.

If you can no longer sign in to use the in-app option, email utilityforgestudio@proton.me from the same Google account (Gmail address) you used with AILingo. Use the subject “Delete my AILingo account”. Sending from that address verifies the request. If you can no longer access it, explain that in the message and we will ask a few questions to verify the account.

Email fallback requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the data linked to your Google account on our servers:

Please note:

What may be kept temporarily

Limited technical records that are not linked to your identity (such as anonymized abuse-prevention and reliability logs) may be retained for a short period, as described in the privacy policy. Prompt text you submitted for grading is not stored in routine logs in the first place.
